Those eligible for membership in the Equipment Dealers Association, according to the Association By-Laws:Member Rights & Responsibilities:
- Any person firm or corporation located in the State of Minnesota or South Dakota
- Having an established place of business and legally engaged in retailing equipment
- Equipment Lines: new farm equipment, new power and industrial equipment, new lawn and garden equipment
- As an exclusive stock of such merchandise or in connection with any other line of merchandise
- Entitled to one vote
- Payment of annual dues as established therefore by the Directors
- May participate in all affairs of the Association
